Practice Marketing & Growth

Cortex

You’re a chiropractor, but after a full day treating patients, you’re supposed to become an entire marketing department: making videos, writing posts and emails, and figuring out how to bring new patients through the door. How many hats can you wear before something gives? Neglect the marketing, and potential patients find the practice down the street. Hire a marketing company, and you can spend thousands while still supplying ideas, chasing the work and wondering where the new patients are.

Cortex writes your practice's posts and emails in three scored versions, checks the images, and holds everything in a review queue until you approve it.

The short version

What you need to know in half a minute

Cortex is designed to take the writing off your plate. It drafts posts for your Google Business Profile, Facebook and short social, plus email subject lines and bodies, three scored versions of each, with post images checked. You pick one, or ask for a fresh set. Nothing is published until you approve it.

The problem

After a full day of adjusting, nobody wants to write a Facebook post. The practice page goes quiet, the Google profile goes stale, and the office down the street gets noticed instead.

What it does

Cortex writes posts for your Google Business Profile, Facebook and short social, plus email subject lines and bodies. Each comes in three versions scored for clarity, call to action and specificity. You approve before anything is published.

What changes in your office

Marketing becomes a short review instead of a blank page. You read three ready drafts, check the image, approve one or ask for another, and get back to your patients.

  • Three finished versions of every post, never a blank page
  • Each version scored for clarity, call to action, specificity
  • Post images checked before they reach you
  • Nothing goes out until you approve it

In your office

How Cortex fits into your day

  1. Drafts are waitingCortex writes posts for Google Business Profile, Facebook and short social, and emails, each in three versions.
  2. Compare the threeThe review queue shows each version with its scores and a preview of how it will look on that platform.
  3. Check the picturePost images go through quality and authenticity checks before they are offered to you.
  4. Approve or regeneratePick the version that sounds like your office, or ask for a fresh set. Your approval is the gate.
  5. Back to patientsThe marketing got done without an evening at the keyboard, and it still sounds like you.

In depth

What Cortex does for your office

WhenStaring at a blank post

Start from three finished drafts

Cortex writes each piece three ways. You are choosing, not composing. Pick the one that sounds like your office and move on to the next patient.

WhenUnsure which is better

Scores that show why one version is stronger

Every version is scored for clarity, call to action and specificity. A weak post usually fails one of those three. The scores make the difference plain before a patient ever reads it.

WhenPosts that miss the platform

Written for where it will appear

Cortex writes separately for your Google Business Profile, Facebook, short social posts and email. The review queue previews each one for its platform, so a Google update reads like a Google update and an email has a subject line worth opening.

WhenImages that look wrong

Pictures checked before you see them

Cortex creates images for posts and runs quality and authenticity checks on them. You are not the only line of defense against a picture that looks wrong for a healthcare office.

WhenLosing your own voice

Your name, your approval

Nothing is published without the doctor's approval. Approve a draft, or send it back for a new set. Your practice speaks to the community the way you speak to a patient on the table.

You spent years learning to find what is wrong and correct it. Telling your community about that work should not cost you your evenings. Cortex hands the writing to the software and keeps the judgment with you.
