Referrals & Retention
InnateScan
Give your patients a better way to refer.
InnateScan is a phone scan of posture, balance and the nervous system, run through your practice-branded link. People get a clear report; your practice gets the contact.
The short version
What you need to know in half a minute
InnateScan lets people check their posture, balance and movement on a phone through your practice's own link, and see the results for themselves. Their contact and report come to your practice. Repeat scans let them follow their own changes over time, supporting both referrals and retention.
The problem
Patients who value your care still refer with one line: you should see my chiropractor. It is hard to pass on. Friends nod, and never call.
What it does
Through your practice-branded link, a person picks a scan, follows the on-screen steps on a phone, and sees a clear report on posture, balance and movement. Their contact and report come to your practice.
What changes in your office
A referral becomes something a patient can hand over: your link, a scan, a report with your name on it. Repeat scans give current patients a reason to check in again.
- A scan with your practice's name on every screen
- Posture, balance and nervous system from one phone
- Children's scoliosis screening, written for the parent
- New contacts and reports arrive at your practice
In your office
How InnateScan fits into your day
- Share your linkYour practice has its own branded InnateScan link. Hand it to patients, or open it on a phone in the office.
- They pick a scanAdult posture and balance, infants and children, or a recent motor vehicle crash. A pregnancy scan appears when the profile fits.
- The phone does the testingGuided photos for posture, then balance tests done holding the phone, which records sway.
- A short intakeThey answer a few questions about what they feel. The report marks those answers as reported by the person, not measured by the scan.
- Report and contactThey see a clear report. Their contact and report come to your practice so your team can follow up.
- Scan again laterRepeat scans compare against earlier ones, so patients can follow their own changes over time.

In depth
What InnateScan does for your office
Something real to hand a friend
Instead of a vague recommendation, a patient can pass along your practice link. The person scans, sees a report with your practice's name on it, and their contact reaches your office.
The right scan for the person holding the phone
Adults, children and people after a motor vehicle crash each get a scan built for them. A pregnancy scan is offered when the profile fits. The crash scan asks its own intake questions about what happened and what they feel since.
A children's screening written for the parent
The children's scan includes a scoliosis screening from a forward-bend photo, with a report written for the parent or guardian.
Balance tests recorded on the phone
Postural sway, Romberg with eyes open and closed, tandem stance and sit-to-stand are done holding the phone. They are recorded as observations: no score, no grade and no fall-risk tier.
A reason to check in again
Repeat scans compare with earlier results, so patients can follow their own changes over time. That gives a current patient a reason to come back to you, not only a reason to remember you.
Photos that stay on the phone
Before the photo step, the app tells the person: “Your photos never leave this device. They are processed on this device and are never uploaded.” Parents want to hear that before photographing a child.
Chiropractors see what posture and balance say about a person long before most people notice it themselves. InnateScan lets someone see a piece of that on their own phone, with your name on it, and gives them a reason to come and ask you what it means.
