These Terms of Service govern your use of the ChiroUnchained platform and its social publishing service (together, the "Service"), operated by ChiroUnchained LLC ("ChiroUnchained", "we", "us") at chirounchained.ai and its subdomains. By creating an account, connecting a platform account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the chiropractic practice you represent ("you", "the practice").
ChiroUnchained provides software tools for chiropractic practices. The social publishing service lets a practice connect its own Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, Google Business Profile, YouTube channel and TikTok account, publish content to them on the practice's behalf, and read the practice's own post insights, comments and reviews.
You must be authorized to bind your practice and to manage every platform account you connect. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You may only connect accounts that your practice owns or is authorized to manage.
You connect a platform by clicking Connect and approving the permissions shown on that platform's own authorization screen. We act only within the permissions you grant. You may disconnect at any time inside the app or in the platform's own settings (see our Data Deletion page). Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's terms, including the Meta Platform Terms, the Google API Services User Data Policy and YouTube Terms of Service, and the TikTok Terms of Service and developer terms. Platforms may change or withdraw access at any time, and we are not responsible for their changes or outages.
You keep ownership of the content you publish. You grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the content published to your accounts, including that it is accurate, lawful, and compliant with advertising and healthcare-marketing rules that apply to your practice and state board. You must not use the Service to publish content that infringes rights, is deceptive, or violates a platform's rules.
The social publishing service is not designed to publish or transmit patient information to social platforms, and we do not send patient data to Meta, Google or TikTok through it. You must not include protected health information, patient names or patient images in content you publish without the written authorization the law requires. You are responsible for obtaining any patient testimonial or image consents before publishing them.
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, interfere with its operation, resell it without our written agreement, or use it to send spam or manipulate engagement.
Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, you may cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may stop using the Service and delete your connections at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if a platform requires us to. On termination we delete stored platform tokens and connection records as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that posts will be published at any particular time, that third-party platforms will accept them, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChiroUnchained will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
