This page explains how to disconnect ChiroUnchained from your Facebook, Instagram, Google or TikTok accounts and how to have the data we hold about that connection deleted.
When a practice connects a platform account, we store an encrypted access token, a connection record (which account was connected, the permissions granted and when), and a publishing log (what was posted or read, and when). We do not store passwords for those platforms.
Disconnecting stops all posting and reading immediately and removes the stored token for that platform.
When access is revoked at the platform, our token stops working. We then delete the stored token and connection record as described below.
Email admin@chirounchained.ai with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us the practice name and which platform connection(s) to delete, or ask for deletion of the whole account. We may ask you to verify you are authorized to act for the practice. We will confirm by email when deletion is complete.
We delete the stored access and refresh tokens, the connection records, and the publishing logs for the account or connection you identify. This is completed within 30 days of your disconnect or request. Backups containing that data are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
Content already published on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube or TikTok is controlled by those platforms and by you; delete it there directly if you want it removed. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, for example billing records.
For how we handle data generally, see our Privacy Policy.
